Teleskope has launched Teleskope for Slack, a native integration now live on the Slack App Marketplace that discovers, classifies, and remediates sensitive data across Slack messages, files, canvases, and lists — both live and historical — on Slack Enterprise Grid.

Collaboration surfaces like Slack are where secrets, PII, and financial data routinely leak, and Teleskope’s angle is resolving that exposure automatically rather than routing it to a queue. The company cites a sub-two-second SLA for detection and remediation, and a customer proof point from Ramp of 100 percent of remediation workflows automated with roughly one hour of active management per week.

For buyers, the practical read: Teleskope positions DSPM as its primary category and DLP as secondary, and this launch is a real capability change on a genuinely high-risk SaaS surface. That said, it’s a single-SaaS integration from a vendor whose last news beat was a $25M raise — so it sits on the lighter end of the product-launch scale. The interesting question for evaluators is whether automated in-place remediation on collaboration tools holds up under real-world false-positive rates; the guaranteed SLA and the Ramp automation figure are worth pressure-testing in a proof of concept before assuming set-and-forget coverage.
