Image-to-Text using OCR
What is OCR?
Optical Character Recognition is the technology used to distinguish handwritten or printed text within digital images of physical documents. It is more commonly used when physically scanning documents in order to preserve and digitize them. OCR software extracts text from an image and converts it into a workable text document with its contents stored as text data.
